| I am kind of curious as if there is anyone here that has had a relationship break up because of cult influence or a MLM? (especially Primerica) If so I would be interested in hearing about it.

| Yes.
My ex was totally brainwashed by the religious wackos she grew up around. The self-rightous sense of superiority they instilled in her, turned into a total lack of respect for me as a husband and a man.
Damn Missouri Synod Lutherans anyway!...

| What the hell is MLM. If I google it I keep coming up with multi level marketing and surely that can't be what you're referring to.

| MLM is Multi Level Marketing a.k.a. pyramid scheme renamed.
Primerica is a good example, another is Innovage, they are actually a "parent" company for Cydcor, who run MLM schemes all over the country.
These places are just as bad as any cult. I have lost a few friends to this type of "profession".

Did your friends ever leave Primerica or make any money. This is part of why I am single again.

| Oh so it actually was multi level marketing. I thought MLM was the initials of some perverse cult. Or maybe that's what Primerica really is. I guess then I would have to say that no I have been lucky enough to not have had any break ups because of either of these reasons.

| That's really bizarre. Primerica has called me, way too many times, and I've ended up yelling at them on the phone. I hadn't realized it was cult related, but it does make sense.

| All of them have now left the respective MLM they got brainwashed into.
Primerica is not a cult, it is an MLM style business. Their mantra and methodology for doing business is however, cult-like.
