Sometimes people leave this world in a blink of an eye. No fair warning and so often not even a chance to say goodbye to them. And of course leaving us with a feeling of regrets. Because we failed to say what we wish we should have. I think this applies to all of us. Long ago I made a vow to myself. And that was to ensure that all around me get reminded often of just how valuable their life is to me. Wheather it be a friend, co-worker, neighbor, relative, mate, etc.

So I want to ask a (2) part question and please be honest:

If this were to be your last day on earth and you had absolutely no way of communicating with anyone. What one thing would you regret the most NOT telling someone close to you? And I would like to know WHY haven't you already told them?

Genuine

I have not seen, spoken to, or heard any news about my mother in five years.

If I had the chance I would tell her that I forgive her for blaming her for my childhood.
Although she could have done better, I now realize that she did the best she could.

And then I would say, "Meet your grandsons, they need another grandma."

I would regret my youngest daughter and I not making up after a year and a half:

I have tried to,but her honey keeps her from it--he is a dumb ass lazy person--not a man.

I don't think I would have anything significant to say to anyone I know. Despite that I have wronged many people in life. I would rather have a face to face with God. Which would happen anyway. To him I would ask for forgiveness.

I would only worry about my kids and hope they grow up to be a REAL MAN & a REAL WOMAN with honor, respect & truthful. I would want to spend my last day with my kids... they know I love them and hope they never would forget that.

Unfortunatly, I live the pain of un expected death.
12/25/2005, my son took his life, I found him at
7:30 AM. I am ready and willing to go, hoping I
will get reunited. I have 2 Granchilren who never
go a day without I Love You being said. By phone or
in person.
The last words my son spoke to me was Christmas Eve.
He walked up to me, put his hand on my Shoulder and
said Do you know how much I love you? 12 hours later
he was gone. Havnt yet nor ever will escape the total
emptiness, I have a huge hole in my Heart.
If not for my Grandkids, I would have gone with him
that morning.
I think Family Love is the most important feeling there is
I tell everyone close to me how I feel, friends, family
never want to leave the feeling of desperation that follows
a death.
