| I have to ask the question... should you flirt at work? Say there is someone in the office that you like. Do you flirt with them or not? Yeah I heard about office romance horror stories and even heard about the ones that worked out great. Should you flirt or not flirt??

| That's a good way for 2 people to lose their jobs. Office romance is out of the question for me.

I said, your showing to much cleavage.
Three weeks later I had to resign, due to sexual harassment charges.

| Do not fish off the company's pier ... unless you want to look for another job. A lot of companies don't like dealing with the hassels of couples who work together ... especially when things go wrong.

| I'd say no. Others have mentioned the fact that most companies have policies against two employees dating, so you need to consider your job and hers. If you're really interested in someone and you can't help yourself, I suggest approaching her about it outside of work.
