And so we should go forth with that certainty. Not thinking that it is easy. Not thinking that it is without risk. .
But I will you this. This is the Pearl of great price. This is what you don't throw back into the sea. This knowledge that you have received this weekend at this conference is knowledge about really a sacred responsibility, a call to action, a call to do something about this, not only peaceful contact with interstellar visitors, and disclosure, but seeing that we lay the foundations for these technologies to come out to be used for peaceful energy generation to save our planet from the abyss it is going into. And to alleviate the suffering of the planet.
Because for most of the people on the planet today, a third of the planet's population lives on less than two dollars a day. It's already a cataclysm. It's already terrible. And if we have any compassion for those people, we will say we will say: we will make an effort for them, for all the children of the earth.
Because it is only when there is justice and only when there is a certain decent standard of living that we can become a civilized society living in peace. We cannot have peace where 80% of the population is in poverty, where there are two or three hundred families and corporations that have half of the world's net worth and wealth. This is not a sustainable situation.
So there are a thousand reasons to do this that are all good reasons and the only reason not to - our fears, our timidity, our weakness. And this is the time where I'm telling you we have to transcend that. We have to look across to that far horizon. And we are going to make it together. We're on this planet together, Schoolhouse Earth. And we are going to make it together. The only question is how much tumult, how much difficulty.
And this is totally dependent on what we do with our free wills. They are wanting us to do this so that we become a peaceful civilization and the cosmos will open wide its arms and embrace us.
So we have these tasks before us - contact, disclosure, new energy - and the promise of all these things is that as we pass through this journey in the coming months and few years, we will have laid the foundation for a civilization that will be here unbroken and in peace, for 500,000 years. That's the era that has just opened.
And that's the vision we should share from heart to heart with our loved ones and coworkers. We have to educate our leaders, but not wait for them. Many people say are you waiting? I say, No, I'm not waiting on anybody. Forget that.
If I made any mistake during the run-up to the Disclosure Project, it's that I gave the Clinton Administration and the U.S. Congress too much time. I gave them six years. I'm giving Barack Obama less than a year.
And I have announced to him now I'm going to say something her I've not said publicly.. Get me in more trouble.. Who cares?
Number 1 If within a year of his taking office, they have not taken definitive action on these issues, we are going to form together the Council on Interplanetary Relations and we're going to formalize contact and bypass these useless governments in the world.
Number 2 We are just getting started. We are going to make open contact. And we have at least one G8 country that has written me a document. How I wish I could read it to you. It is the most important document in the history of the UFO subject. And the irony is that I am not at liberty to disclose it and I'm head of the damned Disclosure Project. This is a gentleman's agreement because it is a delicate negotiation.
But in this document, imagine this coming from the most senior ranks of a major government in the world. This is what they have said: "We wish to go on a long journey together to make contact with these extraterrestrial civilizations. Will you work with us?" And I said yes. So we have at least one major government who wants to do it. And you know what? If Obama does not get on board he is going to be left behind in the dust of history. Just that simple.
And number 3, we are going to persist in identifying these new energy technologies. And I have been told here in Spain there may one or two of these waiting to come forward. I hope what I have heard this week is true.
I have had some wonderful meetings. And if it is, we will be the carrier force to introduce this to the world. And if we do, will you help us, will you join us when we call, tell everyone we have this and don't let it fall apart. Don't let it get lost.
Because we stand on the morn, the edge of eternity. A time where this planet will become one of the great jewels in the diadem of the cosmos. A place of peace, a place of abundance, a place of enlightenment.
And we and all of our children coming with us from the other side will become ambassadors in the future to other worlds that have come this way and are coming by the way we have come. Buzz Aldrin and eleven other of the original astronauts are starting to loosen up a bit of info about monoliths they saw. nle, Greer does not mention what particular interdimensional beings he is referring to in this article, as to who they are actually desiring to make contact with, other than friendly benevolent ones where public awareness is involved.
Certainly, there are many different benevolent races already on the planet walking among us and also hidden working on various projects to help clean up and detox our planet. All of the negative dark beings have left the building and have been recently removed and full contact is upon us, it is the next major step in our earths evolution and just about to occur on an unprecedented scale and is very well known.
For years Greer has been helping to bring the awareness to the public on a mass level where no one else would for it to be out in the open through his project, though nonetheless, that is just about to happen whether he does or not, so everyone might as well get used to that idea, or get left in the dust. During one of his times out of depression he again stated that he wanted the general public to know about the UFO crash. Again....more drugs.
One evening two agents from the CIA went to visit him and they discovered that he had "jumped" out of the window in his room and committed suicide. There was a lot of controversy about this and foul play was not ruled out.
My money is on the two CIA agents tossed him out the window. Dead men tell no tales.

| According to Svobodnaya Pressa news website, records of unexplained encounters by submarines and ships of the Russian navy have been revealed to the public for the very first time.
Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, told Russia Today of a peculiar characteristic of UFOs, never before revealed to the general public - that they (UFOs) apparently enjoy water.
“Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water,” he said to RT.

"Speeding so fast is a challenge even on the surface. But water resistance is much higher. It was like the objects defied the laws of physics. There’s only one explanation: the creatures who built them far surpass us in development,” Beketov said.
The released records also show large UFO activity around and in Russia’s Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world.
RT again reports of one encounter in lurid detail: "In one case in 1982 a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured."
“I think about underwater bases and say: why not? Nothing should be discarded,” says Vladimir Azhazha. “Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. So it’s very important to analyze what they encounter there.”

I did not present it as fact...it just makes sense. The moon ain't of nothing in our universe..but I found some film....interesting. But it makes sense, the aliens could save on gas

There are a lot of people who are skeptics and that because they fail to have a grip on reality. UFO's are quite real and have been coming to this planet since before we got here. There is even a chapter in the Bible about a UFO incident. Read Ezekiel. There is an old Black spiritual called 'EZEKIEL SAW THE WHEEL WAY UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AIR". Now what do you suppose this "wheel" could be? Certainly not a wagon, or cart wheel! Do you suppose, maybe, this could have been a saucer shaped UFO? Why do you suppose there are UFO's depicted on ancient artwork and paintings?
Being a skeptic is fine, but open your mind to reality. UFO's are real!

That's why you have an imagination twohawks, to be stretched. We can't help it if most of Nasa's photos are airbrushed before they reach the publics eye. If YOU F O's have been coming to earth don't you think they have been everywhere else you might not know about.
There is oxygen in the air you breath right?... but you can't see it, but you know it's there, because obviously, you're still walking around loose on the streets looking for the proof you're never gonna get from those who are keeping it from you, which only leaves you in a place of having to stretch your imagination wondering why you are still breathing, because you don't have proof of the oxygen in the air, except having to believe what someone told you.
It's really not that much of a stretch, where the stretch needs to actually take place is in the blood circulation in your brain, so you can expand your mind beyond visual/physical proof of a particular thing and make up your own mind about something yourself, rather than relying on someone else to do it for you.

With my reply about you only seeing half the moon surface how can amateur astronomers see the dark side? And...we already know the governments hide UFO evidence so how is it nutty to believe they hide the moon base pictures?...did you see the videos or listen to the testimonies?
C'mon Brave, break on through to the other side already....Do you deny that the moon is not natural to our universe and was not part of Earth at one time? Yes people have taken lie detector tests but they are not conclusive since the same test can be given to cronically religious persons and they will pass as well...I think the best way too know these are real is when you have police, pilots and of course astronauts report them.

I vaguely remember watching this as a youngster, and the series ran on the Sci-Fi network several years ago. There are a handfull of complete episodes on "you tube", but maybe the ficticious "SHADO" unit portrayed in the programme is the type of outfit Jewelz has in mind....although the primary characters in it don't express any interest in forming some nature of an intergalactic alliance with those who seek to invade Earth.

The government is trying to paint all aliens in a bad light, so you will believe that ALL aliens are bad and they might be invading earth, because the gov are the ones who have been trading technology for human abductions all along not telling you about it.
The good alien dudes will not interfere with our earths evolvement unless we are ready and they don't have anything to do with that type of dark agenda for humankind, they want to help mankind not invade us.

In the near future we who are your brothers and sisters from other star systems will materialize some of our starships for all on your planet to observe. For some this will be a confirmation of their long-held knowledge of our existence. For many it will be a confirmation of their belief that Earth is not the lone inhabited planet. Ordinary people will begin to look at those who consider themselves superior in new ways and will no longer accord them their prior status. Ordinary people will now know that they have been lied to, as many in their governments have known of our existence for many years.
The media will similarly be criticized for its refusal to admit our existence and its cover-up. Our sudden appearance will cause some in the media to dig out earlier instances of contact and replay them as background, thus the misinformation and cover-up will become apparent for all to see.
The impact of our appearance on religions will be most immediately felt as they scramble to explain how to fit their antiquated belief systems into the reality of life not only on distant planets, but in plain sight in your atmosphere.
The fundamentalists of all religions will attempt to turn our appearance into a fearful event, claiming we are evil and that this is the predicted end times. This is not the end; this is a new beginning. As we said earlier in this message, we come in peace.
There will be similar impacts on corporations who have hidden knowledge of us despite their the reverse-engineering of our crashed craft, on the members of the medical establishment who also have hidden their familiarity with us from having examined our fallen brethren.
On the energy companies who would keep you tied to fossil fuels despite the availability of other technologies. Science will be forced to revise many of its traditional theories, for we are violating many sacred tenets.
Our appearance is important, however the impact of our appearance is much more so. Take a moment now to think how it might change your life, and prepare yourself, for this event will happen soon.

I am with you today to speak about “A Series of Steps.” The transformation from your current state of emersion in the remnants of the dark energy to a place of light will be accomplished in stages, with contributions by beings from around the universe.
It is a process that has been meticulously planned. It is a process that commenced some years ago with the awakening of those of you who had incarnated here to be part of this transition.
The steps continue today with energies are transforming your DNA and consciousness. The goal of these myriad steps is to return Earth and her human residents to that place of pristine elegance before the dark energy descended on Earth. The goal is to resonate those who will be caretakers of the new Earth with a new frequency.
As previously explained, there will be a trifurcation involving those who choose to resonate with the light, those who reject the light, and those who choose to remain asleep. Earth herself is experiencing an overall rising energy, a rising frequency.
Various steps were delayed by acts, such as continuing wars in the Middle East, orchestrated by those of the dark energy who remain on Earth. Dictators in countries such a Somalia, Bhutan, North Korea, and Iran are examples of where the agents of the dark energy have inserted themselves counter to the general trend toward the rising peacefulness of Earth’s peoples.
The United States as a major supplier of arms and instigator of conflict, as well as a supporter of corporate and financial oppression, has been a major obstacle. These are setbacks, not impediments.
The U.S. is slowly changing course. The dark intentions of the dictators are being exposed. Corporate and financial misdeeds are rising to the surface. All of this is the result of energies supplied by your family of star people and energies from the universe. These energies of light will ultimately win the day.
More concrete evidence of universe involvement will take place in the near future. See it as just one more step in the transition. It is not “the step” -- there are more. The most important thing to remember is to remain in the light.
Do not go to fear, despite pronouncements from governments, military, media, or religions. It is a harbinger of events yet to unfold; search the earlier messages for the steps that will follow.
These messages have been provided to give assurances. I need not say more as all has been spelled out in our previous words. You are well on your way to the new Earth, now it is up to you the humans of Earth to craft your new civilization. There will be no magic moment when all will become a paradise. No magic moment of ascension. This could occur, but then valuable lessons would be lost for those who have volunteered to help create a new civilization.
Also there has been great value during these past thousands of years in learning what the dark energy can bring, in the valor with which it has been resisted, and in learning what does not work. Keep these memories alive as you proceed forward. These are lessons for an entire universe.
You who would remain as the caretakers of the new Earth will go forward with conviction of the light, plus a knowledge of the dark years. Record a true history of Earth’s human civilization. Honor those who struggled against the darkness, those who kept the light shining, and honor those who are now present to assist you to the new civilization.
The stage is set for the final act of the dark play on Earth. The actors are in place. The curtain is about to rise. It will be a glorious ending to a very long drama. And remember, this final act will take several years to complete.
