| Many no doubt are considering buying a scooter to save.
Here's my experience. To save money!
I bought one 49cc ovr the net (xxx-mtrsp)for $1000. It arrived shortly and I put it together in about 2 hours.
I began riding it -first mistake. TAKE it to a dealer first to flush out gas and change plug and mayb fuel line(cheap chinese stuff). Repairs and adjustments $420.
Get proper registration.
Get proper title. Cost $50
Further repairs $500+
I've fallen twice. The second just recent Came close to breakiing a shoulder bone and almost got a concusion. It was raining and the front wheel locked when I put on the brake---very dangerous on wet roads.
It is good here on not too busy roads and for short errands.
BE CAREFUL WITH THESE THINGS.

| Maybe you could take a class to teach you how to maintain and ride it first.

We might be there soon... if we survive the radiation.
