Well once upon a time I let my butterfly die. I never told him how I felt and just like that he moved away, and I have to deal with that demon everyday since. So I guess what I'm asking is once you let the butterfly of your heart die is it dead forever? I fell guilty, and dumb for asking but my heart bleeds black everyday that I wasted. And for everday that I could have been with him. Fate dealt a deathblow to my butterfly and I need to forgive, and repair it but alas I do not know how to fix your comments would really help heal this black broken heart.

Until next time,

Vincent Valentine, the Lost

The butterfly of your heart is a turn of a phrase. It means the love of your life.

Is the butterfly really dead? I didn't know that the butterfly was the love of one's life. I thought it was something else.

In one of the Eastern societies, hopes and dreams are called the butterfly. In connection with that there is a story ...... Many many years ago a heartbroken young man asked .... When does a person die? Is it when life functions cease, or is it when the soul leaves the body? The answer was neither; life stops when hopes and dreams leave our heart.

The butterfly may temporarily disappear, but if one believes in life again, that is, if one has the power to hope and dream again, then the butterfly will reappear. I would assume that this can apply to you in that, if you are willing to believe in love again, then it will happen and the butterfly will come once again into your heart. The fact that you are only 21 years old gives you many years to find the love of your life again. When you do, that love will be better than the one you lost, because you will be more mature and better able to appreciate love.

Wow is this educational, I thought he was talking about butterflies because it made his heart go flutter. You know the beat of the butterfly wings, soft slow gentle and yet powerful. And don't forget the dazzling splash of color patterns color, color, color.

Thank you all for your input even the bashing I got in return lol. But yes I am gay and I know that this bothers some people and I'm sorry, although I feel that I should have to say that but, alas I did.

Thank You Again,

Hey,

Let's not bash on the guy for being gay. He is not being in our face with it. I don't approve of it, but as long as someone is not flaunting it ..... who cares.
