| I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO UPLOAD PIC AND COMES UP WITH ERROR. CHECKED AND PIC IS BIGGER THAT 240 OR WHATEVER IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE HOW DO I DOWNSIZE IT? THANKS LITTLEJOEF

| go into the software program you use to load/store your photos. there will be options to change size of pictures. if not sure where it is or how to use, click on the 'help' part and find it there.
