lotus3 Venice, FL age: 56	One thought might be...just as Herself said..posting it in the age groups...and all of us just showing up here to chat, real time...and see what flows out of the mouths of babes. A little get together...down the road..after meeting everyone...we can plan something more in depth..all we need is a time...and we would have to follow the rules of kind of waiting to post...so we are not accused of chatting. It would have to be done here...where the men can't add thier 2 bits. As too Time...9 est time would work for some...some may still not come, but we could always switch up the time...or they can post when they get online...and carry on with the fun. I would suggest a brand new thread when we start this...for example...Ladies real time chat session...or something along that line...will be easy for newcomers to locate and keep it going as long as we want...could drop in anyole time...start a party JMO

I at one point...stumbled on it and how to do it actually and really do not remember....had setup a chat room kind of thing for my family....and we used to meet every sunday....kept us in touch...any possibility

sunluv Derby, KS age: 51	I think lotus may have something there. Why not start out with a scheduled chat? And law seems to be on top of the tech thing. She could clue us all in on what we can or can't do, how we can or can't work within the DH frame. Later in the evening central time works best for me. Maybe we could start with a run of info kinda like the chat forum. You know like one question and everybody answers.........like an introduction just for us women like you do at a tupperware party (sic), kinda like, Use one word to descibe you at home.......orrrrr......creepiest thing a boss ever did...smile.....something silly like that to get started........see where that takes off to...

lotus3 Venice, FL age: 56	You would chat...just like we are in this thread..other then everyone would be online at once...now the only thing you have to be careful of...is posting too many times in a row...or too many times on one page...or you will be flagged for chatting...and have to sit out and not post for, I believe..20 minutes. Now you can get around this...by editing your post..after it is up on the thread. As to who should start it...it does not matter, other then whoever starts the thread...can post as often as they want....and it is important that they try and keep the chat going...be a hostess. lotus3 Venice, FL age: 56	Lynne..(herself) please rethink your decision...I know how hard all this has been for you...you are a very peaceful person..and you have so much to give...things happen, and I do know how you feel...I am totally drained from this most recent episode...and I also gave some thought to being like so many...and just use the search on this site and find a date but I have made the decsion to hang in...and not let others dictate what is right, what is wrong, and let thier opinions change what I believe. herself Mohawk, NY age: 65	Ladies... do you have the same DUH...moments as I do... I am a very involved person...join something to be a functioning part of it....well as several good people have pointed out to me, and thanks to Lotus, she is one...I am not seeing the forest for the trees...here is the DUH....I never thought of just USING parts of the site...NOW THAT IS A REALLY DUMB DUH....in my mind, like who I am...all or nothing...the reason I haven't left is because i have made some really great girl friends on her and having sent each an email with my regualr email so as not to loose contact with them I was ahnging out till I heard from them....but with the suggestion that turned on a light, maybe that is what I will do....it goes so against my grain, but a good excerise in learning.....let me think on it...anyway...thank you all beleive Lynne
