| OK ...
Here is the drill ... Tell us what's playin' on the device BETWEEN your ears!
This is the place to download those pesky tunes that you just cannot stop playin' in your musical third eye ...
Whether you love them or not ... They just keep playin' like a quittin' time whistle blowin' out your grey matter!
My inner radio keeps me very entertained, she is quite the busy bee!!!
She's got one hella shuffle and vast repertoire ...
Name the song ... leave the link too, if you fancy to. Either way ...
... Go on and log it ... Might cure ya ... Then on to the next thingie ...

| Sting ... The Desert Rose ...
I dream of rain
I dream of gardens in the desert sand
I wake in vain
I dream of love as time runs through my hand
I dream of fire
Those dreams are tied to a horse that will never tire
And in the flames
Her shadows play in the shape of a man's desire
This desert rose
Each of her veils, a secret promise
This desert flower
No sweet perfume ever tortured me more than this
And as she turns
This way she moves in the logic of all my dreams
This fire burns
I realize that nothing's as it seems
I dream of rain
I dream of gardens in the desert sand
I wake in vain
I dream of love as time runs through my hand
I dream of rain
I lift my gaze to empty skies above
I close my eyes
This rare perfume is the sweet intoxication of her love
I dream of rain
I dream of gardens in the desert sand
I wake in vain
I dream of love as time runs through my hand
Sweet desert rose
Each of her veils, a secret promise
This desert flower
No sweet perfume ever tortured me more than this
Sweet desert rose
This memory of Eden haunts us all
This desert flower
This rare perfume, is the sweet intoxication of the fall

Why must i feel like this today
I'm a soldier but afraid sometimes
To face the things that may
Block the sun from shinin' rays
And fill my life with shades of grey
But still i long to find a way
So today i pray for grace
I take a moment to myself
So i can heal myself
To feel myself
And be real myself
Life's addictions and afflictions
Cause abrasions from their friction
Sometimes, it's easier to live in fiction
I can run, but i can't hide
From the pains that
Reside deep down inside
There is no pill
That can be swallowed
There is no guru
That can be followed
There's no escapin'
From my own history
Those that i hurt,
And those that hurt me
I was dead for a million years
'fore i was born and
I'll be dead for a million more
After i'm gone
So i live, to give somethin'
That can live on
Like the way you hum a song when the music's gone
Like the warmth on the sand
When the sun goes down
And i'm sittin' with myself
Nobody else is around but,
(chorus)
Been a long, long time
Since i been away
Been a long, long time
Since i felt this way
Been a long, long time
I found the words to say
How much i'm grateful
For my life today
'cause under every cup
You might find a nut
Behind every corner
You might get jacked up
At the end of every rainbow,
You might find gold
The last bite of your sandwich,
Hope you don't find mould
'cause none of us
Can live the perfect life
The kind that we see on nick at night
And sometimes, we all
Just lose sight
Of the pain that will guide us
From dark into the light
We fall down yes, but we get up,
And sometimes we just need
A little bit of love
To help make it
Through another day
Into the night, into the light,
Into a saturday
So in the morning when i'm waitin'
For the sun to raise
And my head's a little foggy
Like i'm in a haze
I remind myself that
Everything is gonna be okay
I take a breath, slow down and say...

Hahahah!!!!!!!!! if I told you Bill, that I worked there, as a kid..... when that was being produced, would you laugh even more at me?
Seriously, it was right on the boundary of Kuringai National Park, Terry Hills, Sydney...and every weekend I would go up there and work with the animals, it was a really lame 70's style 'theme park'...aussie style.

Take me across the water
‘Cause I need some place to hide
I done the rancher’s daughter
And I sure did hurt his pride
Well, there's a
Hundred miles of desert
Lies between his hide and mine
I don't need no food
And no water, Lord
‘Cos I'm running out of time
Fightin', killin', wine and women
Gonna put me to my grave
Runnin', hidin', losin', cryin'
Nothing left to save but my life
Stood on a ridge
And shunned religion
Thinking the world was mine
I made my break and a big mistake
Stealin', when I
Should've been buyin'
All that fightin', killin'
Wine and those women
Gonna put me to an early grave
Runnin', hidin', losin', cryin'
Nothing left to save but my life, life...
So I stood on a ridge
And shunned religion
Thinking the world was mine
I made my break and a big mistake
Stealin', when I
Should've been buyin'
I was stealin’
When I should’ve been buyin’
I was stealin’
When I should’ve been buyin’
Stealin’, when I
Should’ve been buyin’ ..
I was stealin’ ...

You say the hill's too steep to climb
Climb it.
You say you'd like to see me try
Climbing.
You pick the place and I'll choose the time
And I'll climb
That hill in my own way.
Just wait a while for the right day.
And as I rise above the tree lines and the clouds
I look down, hearing the sound of the things you've said today.
Fearlessly the idiot faced the crowd
Smiling.
Merciless the magistrate turns 'round
Frowning.
And who's the fool who wears the crown?
And go down,
in your own way
And every day is the right day
And as you rise above the fear-lines in his brow
You look down, hearing the sound of the faces in the crowd.

I've searched^^^^^^^ Spirit's Water Woman for an hour for JesseLee and can only find a link on Last FM ...
Anyone else able to locate it? It WAS on youtube, want to embed it ...
In the meantime, in between time ...
http://www.last.fm/music/Spirit/_/Water+Woman
Water woman, water world
Think I'll go down and drown myself
Water woman will live on move
Swim to the bottom and never come up.
Water woman and a water child
Living underwater is something wild
Fishes swimming through my hair
Mermaids singing away my care.
They want
They want
They want
They want.
Water's the only way
Water's the only way
Call to the fish today
See what he has to say.
Water woman and a water child
Living underwater is something wild
Fishes swimming through my hair
Mermaids singing away my care.
Livin' underwater is something wild
Livin' underwater is something wild
Livin' underwater is something wild
Livin' underwater is something wild.
The continent of Atlantis was an island which lay before the great flood
in the area we now call the Atlantic Ocean.
So great an area of land, that from her western shores
those beautiful sailors journeyed to the South and the North Americas with ease,
in their ships with painted sails.
To the East Africa was a neighbour, across a short strait of sea miles.
The great Egyptian age is but a remnant of The Atlantian culture.
The antediluvian kings colonised the world
All the Gods who play in the mythological dramas
In all legends from all lands were from fair Atlantis.
Knowing her fate, Atlantis sent out ships to all corners of the Earth.
On board were the Twelve:
The poet, the physician, the farmer, the scientist,
The magician and the other so-called Gods of our legends.
Though Gods they were -
And as the elders of our time choose to remain blind
Let us rejoice and let us sing and dance and ring in the new
Hail Atlantis!
Way down below the ocean where I wanna be she may be,
Way down below the ocean where I wanna be she may be,
Way down below the ocean where I wanna be she may be.
Way down below the ocean where I wanna be she may be,
Way down below the ocean where I wanna be she may be.
My antediluvian baby, oh yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah,
I wanna see you some day
My antediluvian baby, oh yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah,
My antediluvian baby,
My antediluvian baby, I love you, girl,
Girl, I wanna see you some day.
My antediluvian baby, oh yeah
I wanna see you some day, oh
My antediluvian baby.
My antediluvian baby, I wanna see you
My antediluvian baby, gotta tell me where she gone
I wanna see you some day
Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up, oh yeah
Oh glub glub, down down, yeah
My antediluvian baby, oh yeah yeah yeah yeah
