There are many different kinds of relationships.
Think about that.
It's a "dating" site, as has been pointed out.
Maybe some people are just looking for people who are in their area, and simply looking for friendship.
Maybe you might go out on a date with someone you meet, and see what happens.
Maybe you might meet someone here and know that you want to spend time with that person because you have grown to enjoy the conversation, but not want to be with that person in a romantic way.
But coming here looking ONLY for a romantic or sexual relationship seems a little out there for me.
Do you walk into a bar, a club, or any other place LOOKING for a romantic or sexual relationship?
That idea seems a little pre planned and somewhat desperate to me.
Sorry if I have offended anyone.
But I am here to read different thoughts and opinions, maybe make a few friends.
Not to find the love of my life.
That just seems silly to me.
Love comes when it comes.
You can't force it, not matter where you are.

| I have been on another paid for site, and not experienced nearly the friendly 3 dimensional friendships I have experienced on DH. I have several friends that I talk to on the phone...and I look forward to their e-mail. We are in a learning curve for most of our lives...like it or not. If we do not expect to hit a home run on here, we might enjoy iut more, and hopefully the HOME RUN will occur for some people.
I do not live in the bubble protected by air, gas, or glass.
Pay your money and take your chances! No guarantees in life...
