| I have met several nice ladies online and have talked to them on the phone. The one thing that would make me back up alittle is that they want me to call them Everyday. I explain that I am not really a phone person. If there is a big game on TV, I can't watch the game and talk on the phone at the same time. If I am working around the house, I can't hold the phone neither. I like to talk to them in person, where you can See the real reactions and really, you learn more about that person.
Ladies, don't demand the men to call you everyday because that will come across like you are desperate and needy. Let him call when He wants. Remember, the relationship is just starting. No one wants to rush into something that may not be right for them.
You can add something too, so that we all can learn something.

| If I don't hear from a man then to me that is a message. I got the message and I moved on. I am not a phone person either. I prefer the person to person touch but until that time comes phone, internet will have to do. If I lived with them dontcha think that I would need to communicate with him??? Yes, so nothing wrong with just a hello I'm thinking of you message or phone call. Women need communication, that is what is wrong with a few relationships ... no communication.

| I personally find it quite needy if someone wants to call everyday,talk everyday
we both have lives!!
Myself I have work, kids and a home to run, I can't be chatting on the phone everyday!!

| If you don't feel like talking to them, take a few minutes to send them a text message, that way they know your thinking about then but are not able to talk on the phone. Plus, I think ladies like that.

| Personally, I don't want to talk to ANYONE other than my kids every day. Maybe when the "right" one comes along that'll change, but so far ....

| a text would be nice but I too think it is a little needy to have to talk every day.
A couple time a week talking would be nice in the begining of a relationship.

| Thank you, chopper I agree. At first, and until I can understand someones routine. I would like to have regular contact. I also understand the, needing alone time. I get the same way... just leave a short note, or message.....at the very least so, I know your alright....
My ex, use to be on the road for days without a word to be heard....it always made me worry, until I figured out that, thats just was the way he was....
