I don't think so. Seems to me they might have been a little pre occupied at the time and things didnt work out the way they planned. By the way, you sure are a cutie pie

No, because they have already exhibited lack of integrity for no apparent reason. No second chance. If they exhibited that behavior already, can you imagine the type of behavior they will show if you were to get involved?

First impressions are everything.

Sounds like they were looking at someone else and when that one rejected them, they came back to you. I give people all the rope they need to hang themselves with... If they pull that rope tight, I'm done! Actions have consequences and people who don’t think about those consequences usually become nothing but trouble down the road. Turning the other cheek means your going to get slapped again.

I agree with everyone else on this. But a question: did they give you a reason that they stopped or did they just ask forgiveness? If they had a very good reason, I would continue to be friends but want to date them? No way!

after a few days of being ignored, I emailed him telling him what I thought of him, I told him he was a jerk, and that all he had to do was tell me he wasn't interested anymore. He wrote back saying that I was right, and that he had a hard time letting people down, or hurting them..then a few weeks later he emailed me, and asked if we could still be friends saying that he thought the distance between us was too great now mind you going into this we both knew how far we lived from each other a little over 200 miles..and then mentioned that he gave it a second thought after talking with some other girl on here, so we started talking, just general talk, and then I find out the truth, he had been played as he had played me. so when I confronted him, he called me a b*tch, a manhater and a few other things just because I confronted him...anyway, I agree with all of you, just wanted some advise, I chalk it all up as his loss
