| Hi,can anyone help me? I have messages in my inbox, but every time that I click the inbox, it takes me back to the log in. This process just keeps repeating! Help

| Try clearing your cache and cookies, then log back into the site.
To clear cookies and History:
Select Tools up at the top of the window. Scroll down to Internet Options and depending on what version of Windows your using, You should see the buttons you need to clear these out.

| You will need to clear "Cookies," and "Delete Files" from your browser from inside internet options at the top of your internet screen like he said. Once you have done that, completely close out everything you have open, then open up your internet explorer or whatever you are using, sign back in, then sign back in to plenty of fish again, and everything should be fixed for you! With everything that is out there, you need to do this at least once a week to keep you computer running correctly. Also doing a disk scan and disk defrag at least once a week will help keep all your files in order and your computer running at peak efficiency!

| I followed the instructions from Tools and deleted all temporary files, cookies, etc. then logged offline, came back on and the same problem exists. Did I miss a step?
