*Don't ever cut off the "other" people in your life (parents, family, friends) they'll be your strongest supporters when things like this happen. Men are not worth losing your social life over. Lovers come and go, but family is forever. I've tried to explain that to men I've chosen my family over.

| Don't assume that just because your ex was a cheater that all men are cheaters. That's unfair. Just learn from your role in that relationship. Try to determine if there was anything you could, or should, have done differently. In the future, you'll be a better partner because of what you've learned.
In the meantime, keep in mind that feelings are transitional. Something that hurts today won't hurt as much tomorrow. I always remind myself of the saying "this too shall pass".

| i know how you feel ,i caught my wife of 19 years with our tenant ,i was depresses becouse alot of deaths in the family in a short period of time ,and she says my not being there for her ,that i chased her to him ,myself i think its bullshit but that is what she thinks in her own mind . so dont believe what a cheater says in their defence most likely they try to believe it themselves ,im living in my home town where i grew up hopeing my daughter comes to live with me in feb, i also have a son 8 and 17 when she comes to live with me ill see if she needs any counciling if she wants it . remember you did no wronge in the cheating even if he says you drove him to it ,he is a fu---n lier now is the time to look for some one like me that believes in true love ,working things out ,communation, truth ,and fedality [sorry for the spelling errors] in christ gary

| I can't say I have ever had that happen and honey i feel for you and sorry you had that happen. But like the other gal said don't abandon you family they will carry you through this. Caulk it up to experience the only thing you can do and move on! Because life does not wait for you to heal it keeps going on and you have to go with it.
