| For me it's bitterness. At the ex, or at a child that hasn't turned out the way they think they should have. Also, when I sense there is no will left to explore or have a new adventure or try something different

| I'm with you, Shirl, bitterness is a sure turn-off - often coupled with biting sarcasm.
A negative view of the world is so ugly to listen to. Drains the energy right out of me.
How do you connect with someone with so much negative energy and crap (figuratively) oozing out of them? Not worth it at this point in my life.
I need - and want - someone with positive energy, a sense of hope, and a belief in possibilities.

| If it is a date, spending the evening listening to him discuss past relationships..
If just anyone in general...unkept clothing, unless they are on their job where it is necesssary to get dirty and/or sweaty.

| Your both right. Have met some guys, that exhausted me. Just trying to have some conversation without going into every wrong ever done them. You go home and you don't even need a glass of wine to be tired enough to go to bed. It is so refreshing to meet someone that is still looking forward to what may be coming

| I seem to be effected by smell first. If it doesn't smell right from the get go...I seem to just go.

| For some reason a man that smells like a good fire. The woodsy smell is the best natural smell to me. Fresh and clean is always good and tells me a lot about him. If he's not clean smelling it's like kinda lazy and the reast of him will be to

| There's another good one, don't like a lazy man. I guess that comes from the way i was raised, my dad was a go getter. If something needed to be done, it was right then and there. I wish i could find a man as half as good as my father was I have faith that he is out there!

| It is nice to see a man that is comfortable in his own skin. One that had decided what and how to handle his own masculinity
