You have a very engaging smile. I would suggest first changing your main pic...(that one that first comes up) to be the one in which you are smiling. No matter how much the hat may be a part of you, it wouldnt hurt to show off your hair either. Hats sometimes shield/shadow the face so its hard for us ladies to tell what the guy looks like.
It could be my age, but I am not interested in hearing at the start something like "Hey whats up?" And thats especially so if a guy has contacted me and thats all he says.
Your personality type says strong silent type. Rely on that for an opening line to get the ladies to read further. If you are silent...then perhaps that means you are listening while they do the talking. Write something that alludes to that. I love conversing with women and am a very good listener. That might work. But make it your own words.
Otherwise, your profile is just fine.
