| It is tough, sometimes you wonder if it's even worth all the trouble! I just came from an outing of older singles, let me tell ya, it was painful. I guess all I can say is
going somewhere where the possibility exists to actually meet a companion is better than sitting on the couch night after night eating. Hang in there, better times are ahead!

| yeah...it is tough. Just getting your head cleared from the last relationship and then having to deal with the baggage. That's the tough part.. people always want to know about you then it's difficult to talk about yourself without the old "us" creeping into the conversation....then you get busted and told that you're not over that other person and not ready... well, ya just gotta get ready...it's not easy...but ya still have to move on. For me, the forums on these date sites has been the best way to at least practice as well as to meet people and work with old lingering issues. So far, I've only been able to meet women who I met online...that's my life as I'm seldom around people out in the real world partly because of my job and where I live is very isolated. SO, this is about all I've got!
