| i just saw the movie cloverfield....in the previews they dont show u whats attacking new york and after seeing it....I STILL DONT KNOW WTF IT WAS!!!! i was so pissed and they didnt tell u where it came from or anything. it was like the blair witch except better. the story line was cool but i was pissed about not know what the hell it was....if uve seen this movie please tell me what u thought

| i liked how it didn't give much info on what it was.....it made the movie so much more intense.....there is that point in the movie where u see it close up, that was scary.....i actually really liked the movie

| I thought the movie was a good spin on the whole giant monster genre. If they gave us more info on the origins of the monster I guarantee it would have been a lesser movie. All of that kind of back story would have taken the audience away from the main story which was the lead male and the love interest.
