To make sure your seed isn't mixed with other men's to the confusion of who sired your son you need to reestablish a vow of fidelity before witnesses and in my opinion her repentence should be in the presence of the adulterer, if she's sincere, and while you can't ever have another woman if you put her away for adultery (i.e., the kjv choice of texts was clearly erroneous) yet if she resists for so long that you begin to have trouble with continency, it may very well be that polygamy will be your only moral option. You may or may not end up needing to change countries. Happy to discuss it with you.
