| ok so i am a really shy guy. plus i have problumes reading a girl. but hey what guy can. ok so there is a girl i like. when we are out side she will cuddle next to me. in car rides with friends she will get right next to me andlet me hold her. to tell the truth i am going crazy trying to figure it out. and at my house when we watch a movie she will snuggle up to me. but she keeps calling me a friend. what do i do how can i talk to her. i dont have real good luck with girls. most of them tell me i am TO nice. what can i do.

Take a risk and tell her you'd like to be more than just friends. She'll probably either be with you on that or if she's not interested you should ask her not to be so affectionate with you because it's sending you the wrong message.
It's hard, but try to move on from being shy. Push yourself through it because you'll miss all sorts of opportunities if you don't.
Rejection is never pleasant but we all get it at some time or other. It doesn't make you any less valuable than you think you are. It just means the other person is not right for you (at the time).

| Spirited is right. If you want to move things to the next level, offer to take her on a date, cuddle her back, put some moves on her and see how she responds. If she pulls back from you, she's either not interested or not ready.

| Well...first of all this I have to say is my opinion since I haven't had as much experience and maybe THAT much luck. However, from what I understand your saying first off I have to give kudos (agree) with spirit in what he's saying. Secondsly, if your told your "too nice" what they might mean is you have to try to get less projecting yourself as needy or clingy OR girls have grown to like you too much as a friend that they feel COMFORTABLE with you as just THAT...just a friend COMFORT is a big thing with girls. However, also realize that if you do get rejected just realize that perhaps at the time it just might not be right for that person for whatever reason...try to tell yourself no problem...hey it sounds like she likes you anyway...at least to snuggle with you...I've had a girl blaintly tell me not to ever call her again and hang up on me...that's rejection...was I hurt...yes...is there nobody else in the world that would ever like me as a girlfriend....NO! That's the way you should think. By the way, as far as how to show it listen to what silverrain has to say...she's a woman...so she should know. lol

| with women, you just never know. one minute she will be all over you and the next, she will be contemplating someone else. just let her know how you feel in bits and pieces. dont rush it to fast or you will scare her. i guess paitience is the key and if you are what you say you are, dont give up. time tells all tales.
ps. sites like this seem to sure make it harder to find "the one" cause there are so many choices.........what if this one is better than that one?

| Here's what I've learned the hard way young padwon:
You can play the game. It will give you a sense of power. You will succeed in manipulating a woman into sleeping or being with you. It leads to suffering.
Don't get sucked into the game. Yes, you will have more short term success and more bed romps.....but it leads to suffering. The wrong types of girls will be with you for the wrong reasons.......and eventually you'll fall for one. They'll tear your heart to bits.
If this is a real girl, with a real personality. Be yourself. No matter what temptation, no matter how the other guys she's attracted to act: be yourself.
The sad part is, you may lose her for being yourself.......but you won't win a fake relationship. By not being manipulative, decietful or playing the game......you open yourself up to finding real love. When you do find that girl that is attracted to the pure you....you will have pure love.
I hope that helps. I spent way too much time pretending to be someone I wasn't in years past, and it gave me horrible relationships, even though the sex life was better.
Its rough getting a date these days because instead of playing the mysterious bad boy, I show the fun intelligent geek that I am. But you know what? The work will be worth it once I find the girl that loves this geek.
Just don't chase the shiny things, brah......that's what life boils down to.
