| A man must be good looking to me but I in no way judge him on looks alone or by others standards. Of course there must be an attraction...but that attraction could be his humor, his laugh, his eyes, smile etc... Isn't always a physical attribute.
His money doesn't mean squat to me. He should be working and capable of taking care of himself but I don't care if he owns a yacht or a row boat.

| In my opinion, personality, financial stability, then looks. Because if you have an average guy with a great personality, is able to take care of himself, pay for his own trips when you decide to travel, then you've just about got it made.
If he's really cute that's just a bonus. Not the deciding factor. I've passed over several good looking guys for a guy I actually thought was ugly - but I fell in love with him and had two beautiful children by him.
So cutie, make sure you've got great personality.
