| It's hard to say. I remember when I was young. I always seemed to really be in love with the young woman I was lusting for. Now.....after all the experience I have. Some women I just lust for and love seems out of reach.

| when I was your age lust was always in my heart...couldn't help it. It's not a mistake for love. Love is completely seperate because you can lust for complete stranger but you can't love them. But passion might be a combination of the two...Yes...I think it is

| Is lusting the right word here? When I was younger I was more a slave to my infatuations than I am now. We called them crushes but todays youth probably has some slang they use.
Wiki says, infatuation is the state of being completely carried away by unreasoning passion or love; addictive love. Infatuation usually occurs at the beginning of relationship. It is characterized by urgency, intensity, sexual desire, and or anxiety, in which there is an extreme absorption in another. It is traditionally associated with youth. Almost instinctual.
Wiki says, lust is any intense desire or craving for self gratification. Lust can mean strictly sexual lust, although it is also common to speak of a "lust for men", "lust for blood (bloodlust for short)" or a "lust for power", or other goals and to "lust for love". The Greek word which translates as lust is epithymia (ep???ยต?a), which also is translated into English as "to covet".
I would say lust is definitely NOT love and is unmistakable. But crushes and infatuations are the beginning reactions of young love. You learn, over time, to put your instincts on hold and do the exact opposite of what you want to do.

| I was celibate (by choice) for seven years because of love...
I think it's easy to feel you love/want someone out of lust (the chemical and physical drives inside of you)
I think lust can occasionally overwhelm your rational thought process
I think lust can at times feel more important to you - NEED wise than waiting for the real root (i.e. love)
Is love worth the wait of putting lust under lock and key?
Can't say I have that answer as yet...
Still waiting...
Sometimes you just want it hard and hot and against the wall
but instead of love?

| I think lusting is like love in alot of ways. If you really like someone but the person that you like lives far away then just love him and make sure he loves you. you both can be long distance boyfriend and girlfriend.

| Humans are very capable of unconditional love....
people misconsrew lust and love frequently..which is why you build a friendship and dont jump into romance..hello!.....It's tough I am very romantic but I must keep my head on straight...I won't allow myself to be broken ever again. The only wat to prevent that is build the friendships. See what happens.

| unconditional means no judgement and anything worth keeping is worth building. That does not means ithas to be work...i always had a blast building treehouses as I kid it was always great fun and we worked together and we all enjoyed the finished project...how is it different...it can be a lot of fun...as far as attraction...I adore that initial spark and having to fight within yourself to contain the power it has ahold of you man...thats where being put to the test comes in and building the friendship surrounded in all the attraction makes for explosiveness when you finally give in and express it.
