| I am new here. I think it would be kind and polite to respond to all mail. Either to say we are not interested or the person is too young or too old or whatever. I find it disconcerting when I contact people and get no response.

| Yes, I agree with you totally. Unfortunately, so many members expect all their 'interests' to be Mr. or Ms. Perfect, and we all know (but hesitate to admit it) that there are NO perfect people on Dating Sites. Hang in there.

| I also agree! Plus my theory is that looks, age, race, etc. shouldnt always be the determining factor; if 2 people start out friends, get 2 know each other, and take it slow, and see if they have chemsitry, then that is what people should base their relationship guidelines on!

| I was raised and believe: "if you cant say something nice, dont say anything at all."
I had a girl on another site that+talked+like+this+without+using+spaces+between+words. she used slang I never heard of, like 2gthr, hun, and stuff.
I felt best not to respond.
As long as you dont show interest in only one person and spend days dwelling over a responce from them, then its really not that important .JMO. most of the responces I get to my messages are very direct and show no sign of effort. If I ask 'how are you doing' dont just reply 'good' (...) show some effort and reply with something like 'good, and you?' people...
BTW, Hi
