| This has happened to me twice now. I meet someone, chat with them for mabey 5 emails, then have them get all pissy cause im still "online". In other words I have had two different ladies get mad at me for still showing up online, saying that if I was really lookin for something on here, then once i met them I would not be looking anymore. Does that not scare the stew out of you? Or am I the only one. I mean dont get me wrong, when i meet someone I connect with, and by that I mean, talk to more than one night, mabey start chatting on the phone, really get to know, then I will focus my attention. But If we just met, and you are already getting all pissy cause im still on DH looking around, then a big red flag goes up and I feel the need to, as Monty put it "run away" Has this ever happened to anyone else?

| Assad, if they get all pissy because you are still online, they are way too high strung.
Do you have a mutually exclusive relationship with them? I would say no. You are dating. You can talk to whom ever you please. If they can't handle it, they probably would not let you have friends in your life as either. They are attempting to control you. That's just plain BS and there is no need for you to put up with it.
I know that if I find the one for me I'll be out of here. Until I make that commitment, I'll be here either helping, communicating, or terrorizing.

| I've had guys tell me on the first date that they don't intend to date other people and look at me like they expect me to commit to an exclusive relationship. In my head, I always see this little guy:

That's all I have to say, really.

| Sounds like you got out of that one easy Asaad.
If a woman wants to get rid of me all she has to do is start acting possessive/obsessive and jealous especially if we haven't even met face to face
I didn't come here "looking" to begin with. A friend recommended this site for the forums and I've met some great people here.
Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of nutjobs of both sexes here to go around too

| If you aren't in an agreed upon committed relationship you are free to shop around. It would be the same in the real world. You go on dates with other women to get to know them and see who you click with. There's got to be chemistry.

| A while ago I connected via IM with a local from a different site. During the first session (yeah session - that's the term) she accused me of 2-timing her). That is having two conversations going at once.
I wasn't! But it got me into tweak mode Off she went...never to be heard from again

| Yeah, I appreciate the input. As I stated earlier, we had literally just met, i.e had mabey exchanged 5 emails. I havent heard from her yet today, but then again, I just logged on Anyway, I just wanted to make sure I was not wrong in my feelings. When someone comes on that strong and possessive, I gotta head for the hills. I am a firm believer in friends first, really lay the groundwork, a good foundation, so on and so forth, befor i meet them off line, and way befor its anything exclusive. But, dont get me wrong, when and IF I find the "one" then my profile will be for friends only here. I am not a two timer. Anyway there is my thoughts, and thanks all for the input.

| Yeah, I think we all had that happen. I've even had some women say "lose their number" because I was online
Damn, we are just chatting etc... And besides, she wouldn't know I'm online if she isn't online So my question is why the F___ are you worried about me when you are online yourself??? I'm not getting bent out of shape...
It's the internet. If they are acting like that from the get go, RUUUUUUNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!
IT's a total "POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK" situation
