| When determining the proper punishment, I think the victims should have a say, and their's should carry the most weight. Many of my ancestors were murdered by Hitler and his, but don't even think I am the one to really know what would appease them.

| The US has a mixed program when it comes to hunting down war criminals. We have been pretty good, I think, regarding Serbia and Rwanda, but poor when it comes to prosecuting war criminals who are among our allies, e.g. China, Ukraine, or Morocco.
Is this something that the US government should address head on?
