| the cowboys,big jake,tv movie lonesome dove. most people hate the cowboys because johne wayne gets killed by bruce dern,but it i beleive is his finest acting and excelent story also very accurate of the real old west.bruce dern couldnt get a part in pictures for 2 yrs afterward.because nobody wanted to have the man that killed the duke in teir movie.
