| Hi,
My name is Donna and I am fairly new to all this. I came to this site hoping to find a real relationship with someone who I could possibly build a life with. I had a wonderful life once to a man I was married to for 24 years and lost him in a fire. He died in the line of duty. The dating world has changed in so many ways. I really thought this would be a good way to find a decent caring person. I'm not saying that everyone on here are not good people but there certainly seems to be alot of BS thats thrown out there. Why is that people post pics that are 10 or more years older??? Do they really believe that we will not notice? Then there are the ones you meet that think I'm strange because I don't want to have sex with them right away. What happened to getting to know someone first? Did all those things in life really disapear durning the years I was married? Then you meet some who seems to be head over heals for you. Calling you everyday, seeing you almost everynight and then suddenly out of no where they stop calling and your left wondering what went wrong??? Real is what I'm seeking but not so easy to find!!! Is this just me or does this happen to everyone ???

| Hello Donna, I guess you could get discoraged here but dont give up yet you never know whos jst around the corner. as for the old pics just be glad they post a picture at all. lol. mine are recent. and I update often too. has any one tole you how pretty you are yet today?

blond Yes it has happened to me to, that is you meet someone and have the phone calls and even gone on dates only to not hear from them again with no answer to why .
Well now how rude can you get just a simple sorry your not what i want is okay or your just not may type at least something . So now all I do is say hello and hope someday a REAL MAN with feelings other than his own comes along. Don't lose faith there is always someone out there that wants a woman who is REAL.

| Hey, Donna, hang in there. I haven't been on here long, either. From what I have been reading through, it seems like our corresponding age Groups seem to have decent people in them. Some of the forums and other groups seem pretty wild, so tread lightly! Best of luck to you!
