| OK People. after reading millions of threads, cheaters, liars, hurt feelings, used,...you get the picture... Has anyone gotten revenge? I mean Karma is a b*tch some days but getting someone good that pissed you off or hurt you to the core sometimes heals more wounds than time.
an example... a woman i was seeing was a liar and a cheat. she thought she was slick and thought she had the wool pulled over my eyes. I found out that her and her man on the side were meeting that night. i went to the hunting store and got skunk scent. she was a diabetic and had syringes in the house and i put about 5 drops in her douche. the kind that doesn't smell until it warms up for a bit, its an oil base and takes a LONG time to go away.
needless to say date night was not what she expected. after she left for the night,her stuff was on the lawn in less than 15 minutes. later on a few of my friends (laughing as they said it) said i shouldn't have done it.
A) is it ok to get revenge? or B)should you just turn the other cheek and let Karma work its magic?
i'd love to hear what other people have done to people who screwed them over. comment away.

| Personally, I have found that the best "revenge", is to keep living my life being me. I do believe, and have seen, that people get back what they give in life. I hold myself accountable for my own actions, regardless of what other people have done. JMO

I have not done anything - I am a turn-the-cheek, hold no grudges, girl.
But....an IA woman discovered her husband who had been aiding a "grieving" widow woman complete her "house" following her husband's death and in comforting her had begun an emotional relationship an dthen of course ultimately a physical relationship with the woman.
She did not immediately file for divorce. Their chcildren were 3 and 16 a the time. Instead...she gathered insites from other women/wives "scorned" and then made one swoop.
She bought a billboard - and posted a "candid" photo of the sinning couple. She printed flyers and blanketed cars in one 24 hour period, she bought radio spots and local full page ad's, and while he was at work as local Police Sgt. she had him served with full divorce papers - at the HQ - during a training session.
He was openly humiliated as was the woman - who had previously "milked" the sympathy card over her husband's death....
Hell hath no fury?

| Thanks, I have read about the woman you are talking about. I really am not a vengeful person although as you have read i have been driven to it..lol. i just hate a liar and i feel that the best way of dealing with one is to make sure their lies are noticed. Its hurtful being lied too as we all know. That one time i slipped and got caught up in the situation. there are better ways of dealing with people like that but this had an immediate impact..(or lack thereof..lol). I'm not condoning revenge. I actually feel bad that i stooped to that level. It was funny though...lol. I know i'm not perfect and i make an effort for people to come talk to me if they feel as though i have slighted them. Its just that we've all been burned and reading posts here its all about trust and the lack of trust we have in people. Yet there are still people, men and women both, that will still play games. One day the games will bite them in the ass and i hope i have enough money to buy the videos on ebay..lol.

| Revenge is basically causing punishment/pain in return for having been insulted, hurt emotionally or psychically.
The best 'revenge' for me is to simply disappear.
It's not worth it to pursue another to get back at them. That's to me is just a bloody waste of time.
That was really nasty and potentially harmful to have put some drops of skunk oil in her douche.
What if she developed a really bad allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital?
That was premeditated and an assault on her body.
2 wrongs do not make a right!
If revenge is so important then understand the difference between letting another know you are hurt and won't have anything to do with them again, and when personal property and harm is done to that person, then you are just as bad and possibly committing an offense, even if they cheated on you or something like that.
Walking away, being silent and getting on with one's life is truly the best revenge.
I agree with Thebestman, about karma...it always come back to collect it's long overdue, dues + interest, ten-fold, and yes, it is a real mutha!

| Oh, come on, y'all. We can all sit here with the perspective NOW to say "I believe what goes around comes around," but at the time that you got dumped/lied to/cheated on - you CANNOT tell me that you never envisioned itching powder in the underwear, slashed tires, or an anonymous phone call to the employer about the company bank accounts.
Obviously we all *know* that it's better to walk away with your dignity intact and take the high road, but that doesn't stop us from plotting LOL. Thinking about it and doing it are two different things.
The worst thing I ever DID was boil my ex's cell phone. The things I *thought about* doing, until I got over being so angry and hurt, were a lot more drastic LOL.

| After finding out my gf at the time was cheating on me in my own home...
I took all the condoms we used in a bowl and poked holes in them and sure enough she got pregnant a few weeks later. ( FYI.. I had a vasectomy when I was 20 so it wasn't me.. I just never told her and I don't want kids.. so it's not technically lying )
She was so happy that she thought she had me trapped.
Till I showed her my latest sperm count and signed note from my doctor saying that I was unable to impregnate anybody.
She still wouldn't admit to cheating.
I asked for a paternity test.
She moved out.
