| Bubbadt, You don't do real psychology in front of an audience. So yup, it's pretty much fake
Although I sorta buy into HR departments using tests like this. There are persons who, lacking the real interpersonal skill sets to do individual assessments on their own, rely on this type of testing to do it for them. Though I have met some really great HR people who could tell me about a potential candidate without this malarkey.
Now, drum role please.....
