| Let's suppose that I actually got a date here, the date went really well and we agreed to go again. Would it be pushing things if I wanted to give her flowers on the second date and if so, what kind of flowers?

| Flowers are really sweet. I think it's nice also when you get to know her better and she has a favourite that you can buy.

| I'd prefer fresh picked wildflowers..........that just shows me he took the time to pull over & pick them just cuz he was thinking about me. Why waste the money when you can use it to get me drunk instead?

| typically, i would say yes to your question. but in your case, you can go for it because i'm assuming your date is within your age bracket and typically, on average, your generation appreciates the traditional sentiments and doesn't look at it as mushy. not saying that younger women won't, but there's a difference in dating etc... between generations.
@tlc i elaborated a little bit more above.

| So bestman, are you saying a 30 year old woman, for example, would not be impacted in some way by the flowers? I'm certainly not thinking about 18 year olds

| I'm sure roses aren't appropriate, I've seen tulips and wildflowers (with poop on them ) any other suggestions?
