How many of you here exercise, and what do you do?

I hit the gym three times a week: 45 minutes workout with weights and 45 minutes cardio (15 mile run on the mill a week or 50 mile on the bike: HIIT), and throw in three sets of 40 pushups alternated with 50 crunches every other evening.

I walk just shy of 3 miles every other day, and just started doing some of the exercise course during my walk.. My route takes me around part of the course twice, so I get in two sets of pull ups and sit ups.. I'll usually get in some push ups at some point every day...

I had been biking just about every day, but got tired of taking my life in my hands with the south Florida drivers and traffic... To many close calls...

I rollerblade on occasion, when I think my knees will tollerate it, which is'nt very often...

I do aerobics ever morning of the week. I get up and I get dressed. If I REALLY want to get a good workout.....I put shoes on.

My squats and deads are fine, but my bench is embarasingly weak.

Did some sumo squats the other day, and man, my quads were killing me two days later!

no i dont exercise...unless my job counts....i walk alot during the day....load feed....load hay bales....climb in tractors...climb on equiepment doing reapirs....so i really dont think exercise is a priority when i get home from work...

Is this thread for guys only?

I do 1 hour and a half high intensity cardio step aerobics 3 times a week for the past 15 yrs and do kick boxing twice per week.
I take 2 oz of wheatgrass juice shots every other day for the past 7 yrs.
Oh, don't get me started with health stuff.. I'm the biggest health fanatic I know!

I'm just saying!

Oct06 I was skiny fat with 26% BF@158 lbs and now I'm leaner at 17% BF@#147 lbs. When I get to 13%BF I'll probably start a bulk.

I lift weights about 7 hours a day.
I walk about 2 miles a day.
I climb in and out of a car or truck 7 hours a day.
I sell tire related products. Wheel weights!

I wish I was more active, less lazy. Maybe I need some encouragement (hint, hint)

But I like bicycle and swimming.

But bicycle gives me blister on my toes.

And with swimming I have to cut my long hair very short.

Swimming semi olimpiada swimming pool in USA is too expensive.

i work out with my dad every other day, either early in the morning or in the evening.
we do stretches, kicks n punches, kung fu forms. when im online a long time i do the step machine periodically cause sitting is bad for ur bloodflow to ur legs.

im gonna go to bed now cause if he sees me up this late i'll have to jump around before i can sleep...
