| Did he tell you he had HIV and that he was married??? That is a big difference. If it's hear say then it may not be true.
If he told me he is married then I'd kick him to the curb. If he can cheat on his current spouse then he will mostly like do it in other relationships.
If I was told before any meeting on the HIV then I would respect him on being honest and not being devious but honestly I don't know how I would handle it. If he told me after having physical contact then he is being devious and has changed a life entirely.
Sad that a few people introduce new fears where there were none before

| not sure about all states, but NY has a law, if a person has HIV
and has sex with someone without telling, if the person gets it,
The person who had it and didnt advise his partner can be charged
with attempted murder, if the person dies he is then charged with
murder.
I dont think here is where to elaborate on this. I do think all the
decent people should be advised of his name just to keep him on hold
to another victim.

| Hopefully he told you before you became intimate with each other. If you were intimate with him, talk to your doctor and get tested ASAP. Also, if he wasn't up front with you feel free to let us know who he is so we can be forewarned.
