The Godfather, Great scene and line.
Michael is walking with Kay, it's their first time together since his return from Sicily. He informs her that he's working for his father now.

Michael
He's no different than any other like any
powerful man that's responsible for people,
like a senator or a president.

Kay
Do yo know how naive you sound,
senators and president don't have men killed.

Michael
Who's being naive, Kay

The movie "The Quiet Man" John Wayne and Katherine Hepburn..where she locks the door and he kicks it open.."There will be no locks doors in this house except for the one in your (not sure) heart." John Wayne said that to Katherine. Great movie.

Dr. Lector behind the glass in his cell telling Clarise, "I had him for lunch with some fava beans and a nice Chianti!!" The BEST line in "Silence of the Lambs."

The scene in SLC punk when Bob,Steve-O, and Eddie go to Wyoming to pick up six point beer. Funny stuff. Or the scene in The Deer Hunter where Michael(De Nero) goes back to Vietnam to pick up Nick(Walken). Or maybe Pile's last scene in Full Metal Jacket. Those three come to mind.
