Jays, you call me crazy all of the time, what are you talking about??

I swear you go out of your way, to disagree with me, which ordinalrily, would be fun, but you cannot possibly believe the stuff you come up with, you just make it up, Im convinced.

and you even went to the extent to let your friend comment under your name to me???

I really don't need to know, or want to know what thats about.

let me ask you a question, when you were a kid, or even an edult, what message did you get from the wizard of Oz, or a Christmas carol?

seriously? what was the moral of those stories? because I wonder if you distort all moral tales to fit your lifestyle?

and how can denying anyone healthcare be considered Christian?

what you do unto the least of me, remember? so how does that jive?

Darlene,

we have socialised medicine here too, in the form of military health services, and the VA, both socialised healthcare.

they just charge you for it, and don't let you use it.

I personally did live witht he brisitsh system and I can tell you, It is infinitely better than what we have here, believe it or not, It really matters not.

50 million Americans are uninsured, and they pay taxes too, and deserve to Live.

Of those 50 million uninsured Americans many do not pay the type of taxes that will be used for socialized medecine. Poor people in this country don't pay income taxes. They do however pay Soc Sec and will likely recieve an increase if Soc Med comes to pass. The working class will pay and the wealthy and corporations will create loopholes or simply move away. The Chinese aren't going to require them to provide much to the workers. Taxes in any of the so called successful models are extremely high and most large industries are subsidized by even more taxes. It's a vicious circle when you study the tax structures of these countries.
There are also quite a few of those 50 million who prefer to drive a Benz than pay for insurance.

Are you seriously telling me you think 50 million americans are driving expensive cars rather than having Insurance?????

give me a break dude.

and I guess you didn't read the earlier post where I said, I don't want this to be run on tax dollars.

I want to form a North American Union and create a Euro like currency and make enough of it to do those things neccesary to put things to rights. education and healthcare, I want a North american constitution created by us and sworn to by those countries in our union, afghanistan and Iraq, Mexico, southamerica, I would imagine for starts.

everyone needs healthcare, it is stupid for us to not sell it to them. by using this as a carrot we can get them to protect us because we will be there source of prosperity, like we used to be.

also it will solve the immigration problem, the border problem, the social security problem, and they will stay there.

IF we create it like Englands as a model we can form small units of governments that will work as little markets,

check out Gramin banks.

I have lived witht heir system and it is wonderful so before you say it is bad, don't I know better.

Space “And what the hell is wrong with Canadians?”
Don’t know what his problem with them was, but personally, I found a SERIOUS lack of personal accountability and common sense, not to mention incredibly defensive. Not saying all are like this, just all the ones I have ever known, lived with, or worked with. And uh, yeah, every one was also a thief.

Jays “Curious I am not obsessed with you,”
LOL Would chalk that up to “wishful thinking”.

You obviously only want to listen to yourself talk. I in no way said that 50 million people were driving exspensive cars but since you don't get the picture I'll add that their getting houses, boats, cellphones and a lot of other things that they could do without. It is a fact and you know it just by looking around you don't need a 50 million dollar study. The other issue that I raised (taxes) you tried to pretend to have solved by creating an imperialist hegemony with us at the top (that I'm sure you will say exists already but truth is we pay for what we get)where if it is a true partnership either our standard of living will have to go down or theirs up to be bona fide. Which would you think the more likely. Socialism is rife with problems not the least of which is the lack of incentive and opportunity it imposes upon people to make a better life for themselves. If you want to have a fair discussion talk about the tax structure and economic opportunities of those who live in the system that you espouse. Talk about all those over educated French students who must be guaranteed health care, education and a job by the State. The only way they can do it is to levy even higher taxes. "By the burning of my thumbs...some thing wicked this way comes". There are poor people in Europe as well who might tell you what state control of society really brings you. Let's not delude ourselves as to what we are really dicussing. Which brings me to your spin of what I really said. The fact that you feel the need to ignore or dismiss without consideration my points(or is it my fault for not communicating them clearly enough)and then claim that I in someway tried to dismiss you is sheer obfuscation, also your use of Bush's name(to which list you could add George Washington to Bill Clinton)to the system that exsits in this country is pure political propaganda not debate. When the villification of others because they simply don't agree with you is the basis of your argument you are headed down that wicked road. You can now prove what I have said by screaming of the injustice of others. To all others I would say eschew obfuscation.

Yeah,

you didn't listen to a word, or you didn't understand it,

your standard of living is dropping, and it is fixing to drop more.

what is your problem with poor peoples standard of living going up??? you take joy in peoples misery? do you think it makes your life richer??

your way of life is being destroyed because this system is bogus and doesn't work for anyone except a few.

the market is imploding, and Im really happy about it, because people that would rather keep their mercedez, like I guess you, would deny those with less, and those that want and need less, the basics for living,

that is Hubris and greed, and this machine is grinding to a halt.

and if you read what I said, you would know I don't want you stupid tax money,. in fact, I want you to keep your weak assed dollar, and I want to create a new currency, it is going to happen whether you likwe it or not, because it is neccesary.

I have actually LIVED in Europe, and you are buying more of the bullshit. there are NO people there are Not jealous of America, they wouldn't change their system for ours for anything, and the way it has been distorted, they are absolutely right,

carry ond estroying the country with your greed and Hubris, you will pay for it in the end.

Im a capitalist, as I have said a million times.

and yes I am so happy about it, I can't see straight because the greedy people are about to switch place with the poor ones. lol.

I don't seek money as a validation of my self. it doesn't define me, it is a tool useful only when it is applied to good ends.

this administration has used it for war..

and we already have a socialist medical system her ein America, in fact we have a few, so if you are an american, doesn't that make you a socialist too???
you know so little about your government, Im sure the President is grateful, you belive what you are told, like a good citizen.

How is your 401 k?? where is it invested?? in The dow??

that made up Euro currency is now worth more than your beloved doallar that you worship. lmao. Our bation is NOT it's currency, and it wont stop America a bit.

It will stop the people that are abusing her though, lmao.

Lust, the system doesn't work for anyone. even those people that THINK it is great, are paying way too much.

most of these idiots that claim the British system is sooo bad, have never been outside of America, and have no idea what abject poverty looks like.

Hurricane Katrina should have taught them a lesson, but they battoned down and dug in, and are trying to hold on to their sinking system.

they are destroying themselves, and I think it is funny too. watch how angry they get when their sad little way of life is threatened.

And you cheer this on. You are the type that hates the "evil rich" so much, that you would take a loss, if it meant they would too. Fine…keep hating and see how that works out for you. I do have an observation…and I think it speaks volumes….I don't think I have ever seen one post of yours where you had something positive to say about this country. You hate our institutions, you hate achievement, you applaud the (so called) falling economy, and you want a lot of things modeled after other nations (regardless of if they work or not). People like you are self loathing, pessimistic people who refuse to see one positive thing. For that, I am sorry.
