i like a well groomed hair cut on a guy (not buzz cut mind you) ok i'm good with the somewhat scruffy look, but nothing real long.

| I like the long dark curly hair...Even when it's short it's still nice and thick and full..Hmmmm yep long or short is ok...unless your balding then long is kinda wierd..

| "No intension of Ever Cutting it Again !!"
I hope you mean no intention of ever cutting it OFF again but You have to get it cut. If you don't cut your split ends every 8 to 12 weeks your hair starts to look thiner then it is and shaggy. Its amazing how much thicker and nicer your hair looks when you keep the split ends trimed off and the edges of your hair shaped.
I still think you would look awsome with short hair... I like long and short I just think from your pic you would look great with short.. infact if you go that way hit me up  hehehe
