When YOU get to the point where you are exclusive with the man you met, you come on here, send an email to all your other chat partners, and let them know you are leaving this site. Wish them the best of luck. Thank them for their time and conversations.
If they are true Gentleman, they will wish you well, and all the best.
If they react adversely, then you know you didn't really want them anyway.
Also, if you have called them, and they know your number, you better let your new man know about it. If you get calls, it will not surprise the new man.

Be upfront honest.
If you are now here for the forums be up front in your private emails that you are seeing someone. You are on the verge of exclusivity. You are open to friendship only and make sure you keep it there.
If you enjoy the forums. Have your guy join the site. Change your profile, to not single not looking. etc. Come out and play the both of you.
