|  I have found that writing too much usually doesn't get read (there are always exeptions, of course). I found that if I put too much in the profile...then I don't have a whole to chat about in emails or IM's. 
Give it a try....if you're not getting the responses you were hopeing for ...or if you are finding the guys are asking you things that were put in the profile, you may wish to cut it back some.
And your pic turned out really great! Best of luck to you!
