| Maytag I understand what you are saying and I so agree. There is no reason to call names and tear another down. Larger women fight against the hatred but to do so with the same name calling etc is not the way. We are sisters. Each individual no matter size has much to offer another. We are all here to find a significant other, why fight about who is prettier or worth more based on size? Makes no sense. I'm really sick of seeing the slim ladies put down as well as the larger. Being large I remark on that but you are so right about the remarks made about slim women, is quite uncalled for. We are each beautiful and valuable as humans...each women is different, yet beautiful in her own way.

| I don't get all this real man and real women bullshit - Just because a woman is big or extra curvy she is real, and if a man loves them he is real, WTF!!
So what about all the men whom are with slender women, are they not real, or what about women whom are naturally thin or slim, are they not real??? Wtf??
It really should not matter!!
If the woman is attractive and has a good heart , it should not matter if she is a size uk10 or uk18, as long as she is healthy within reason.........morbidly obbese or emaciated is not good in any way!
I am not saying this because i am a slender woman, I am not , I am curvy, and I love it! But I love women too, and women are beautiful in all shapes and sizes.

| bestlover.... Garnet your copd is not your problem You can't breath because you carry too much weight.
If you used 'ADVAIR' twice a day you could walk.I use it and i can jump up from a chair and run.With out it i fall on my face.I'v heard this inside out all my life and it's a crock of s**t.Every person who takes off the weight says they love themselves even more.
You have to have intestional fortitude.
Jump on me ladies. And men are just as guilty.
I think it is real damn funny how many, usually thin people, who sit in judgement of me and my weight.
I only stated one thing, COPD...I take 13 different types of medication each day, some several times a day. This does not include the inhalers I am on. Many meds that cause weight gain but I must take in order to live any kind of life at all. I work for a pharmaceutical company, so I'm no stranger to what meds are out there and what they can do for me. I not only have COPD, I have scar tissue on a lung from a tear in a car accident..., not to say it doesn't hinder me, but my weight is not the reason I can't breathe. I think I'd know that since I live with me and ALL 14 of my diagnosis. I have fibromyalgia and myofacial...both muscle pain disease. I'm stiff and hurt constantly. Pain meds take the edge off, but I'm never ever without pain. I have an enlarged heart due to having mixed apnea etc etc I probably won't live a long life, not because I'm fat but because I'm ill. It would be different if I only had to deal with one or two illness but for whatever reason I have many. Plain and simnple I can't breathe and when I struggle to do so my heart hurts...literally. I wake most every morning wondering why God allowed me to wake up I'm in so much pain. I only live because of one person on this earth, otherwise I'd have ended it long ago...THAT MY FRIEND IS HOW HARD MY LIFE IS. Sit and judge me if you will but until you have walked in my shoes, not one person has that right.

I have always been big and I don't have any problem getting men's attention.
I don't care what they say they ALL like curves and soft flesh and cushy hugs.
The guys that are obsessed with boy shaped women I have to wonder how secure
they are with themselves. Especially the guys that reject womanly bodies,
seems to me they want to make love to themselves, in love with themselves or
each other.
Think about it..... the percentage of designers and fashion dictates that are Gay,
they don't even like women or their body's, it's like they are trying to influence
the men to reject women completely, you all know there is constant recruitment.

| Garnet, why in the world is my suggesting visiting a BBW website a derogatory remark? The site is for BBW and the men who love and find them attractive. Did you misinterpret my remark or are you this defensive?
I'm also tired of hearing the derogatory comments about thin women. I'm almost 5'6" and a size 4. I eat very healthfully and do alot of labor on my farm to stay this size. Like most people if I overindulge I gain weight and have to cut back.
Some men don't care if your fat and some do. Some men like thin blonds and some don't. This is America. We all have preferences. Just because some men prefer heavy women or thin blonds doesn't mean he'll like you JUST because you're big or me JUST because I'm thin and blond. I'm willing to bet that many of the BBW's who are complaining have their own bias' too.
