| So I met this guy Awhile back. He is really nice. I have been talking to him via email written letters and phone for well over 6 months. I have grown to like him. He is an awesome guy. anyways about 2 weeks ago he tells me he is 38 not 28. I was shocked. But I mean age doesnt necessarily matter to me. we have been swaping pictures with each other to. he always wore sunglasses in his pics. I asked for some without. well he sent them. And ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.................................. Yeah Not my taste at all. He isnt as attractive as previous pictures. I cant be with someone who I am not attracted too. But he claims that he has fallen to like me so much. He hasnt felt this way since he left his x 2-3 years ago.I dont want to hurt him. but this and other reasons I can not be with him. He has lied to me about talking to other girls on here. He calls me babe and sweethart all these names then lies to me about talking to girls on here. He talked to my best friend on here. she was describing him to me. I had here show me and it was him. He apparently didnt have anyone interested in him and he wasnt interested in anyone. Yet he told me he wanted to be with me. He misses me.(I havent told him about this. about my friend.)Should I tell him and quit talking to him? what should I do? If he is lying now he will later right?

| Well it appears that he is twice your age but only half as smart. Just walk away while you can, he is obviously playing the field in every possible way, and likely has done so for much of his adult life. You are better off without the headaches.

| Protecting yourself, your heart, does not make you a bad guy. It makes you smart, aware and privy to the fact that there are people with agendas here and everywhere and you just have to be careful.
According to your version, he has lied numerous times about numerous things. That alone should be raising enough red flags. And you find him unattractive... doesn't sound like a match made in heaven to me.
