Music: I have noticed here and in other forums and threads that a lot of people will use profanity to make a point. There is no excuse for this! I don't have a problem with a few "hells" and "damns"...but when they start tossing in the "F" word and the "S" word...
that's where I draw the line in the sand! It also irritates me no end when they will make some crude coment that really has nothing to do with the topic. I do believe they do this just to get noticed. There are ways to be noticed better than crudeness. Make an intelligent remark! That usually tosses everyone for a loop!

I enjoy a light scent, there is no need to smell like you've been marinading in it.

Getting back to the topic...I do enjoy the delicate scent of a woman. Very light perfume is a turn on for me. However.....(and you knew there was going to be one of those...didn't you?)if I can smell the perfume from 6 feet away, or farther...my immdeiate thought is.....did she put it on with a roller....or what? I want her scent to kind of sneak up on me and not be totally, completely obvious.

I was on a cruise once. The first thing you do when you go on a cruise is have life boat drill. You get into your life jacket and go to your station. There the women stand in front of the men. On this one particular cruise...at our station the breeze was blowing from the women to the men. Many of the women at our station were elderly and they were wearing perfume. It must have been the ten cent a gallon variety? I was standing there and being overwhelmed by about a dozen different, heavy odors. It was bloody awful! I was very glad when that life boat drill was over!

i am allergic to most perfumes... i use oils. most women dont realize that those are great ways to get the smell to last without drowning yourself in it.. i am happy i am like that. i love the way a man tries to catch your scent.

Hey twohawks This is a funny lil note about the comment you made regarding people swearing & how it doesn't help get the point across: we were watching 8 Mile (Eminem) last night. Because it was on tv they took out all the swearing and left nothing in it's place. When a group of about 6 guys were talking, it was like silence the whole time, but their mouths were moving! They let the non-swear words thru and they totalled up to be about 4 and I understood what he was saying with so very little utterings, lol. You can def get your point across without all the profanity and it will take much less time to get it out!!

Sorry you had to experience the "granny parade of perfume", lol, on that cruise! Sometimes it's so hard to breathe in the perfume fog... I would love some mountain air right about now!

Thanks everyone for your comments... I appreciate them & love reading them! YOU ROCK

Fresh brewed coffee the morning after is really the way to go. She deserves it on the nite stand before she wakes up.

I wish people would take heed to theses commits. Going Shopping or out to eat on Sunday after church can just a bout ruin my day. Between the fast cig after service and the heavy perfumes , it's my desire to run - in the opposite direction of the scent. I am also allergic to some of the strong smells. It gets in my head and goes with me for hours sometimes. So, when I smell it 6 foot away in the grocery asle, I run off and leave what I was shopping for. My item isn't worth getting sick for. I love soft clean smells and really appreciate people for caring enough to try to smell good. My favorite smell is Amazing Grace- get lots of compliments with it.
