I think we allow ourselves to be hurt because we try to believe the best in each and every person. When we find out and we are hurt, I think sometimes we tend to blame ourselves. When instead we should be taking stock and inventory on how to grow and mature from life's experiences

Sorry again I can't walk this path with you. I may lust after something doesn't mean I will ever touch it or go for it. I instead admire it and say Damn that is hot but not for me. I learned at age 13 the difference between the two words.
