| Especially at this point in my life, and if I really liked the person I would say sorry dad! Thanks for your opinion but I'm the one with this person and I like this being with this person so you'll just have to live with it.

| Well recently I was in a relationship with a black guy. My dad however doesn't agree with the whole inter-racial dating/marriage thing and neither does the rest of my family. One of those "not in my house" kinda dads. It doesn't matter to me what my dad thinks but I would prefer he like and get along with my man. He was the first man that I have "dated" that was black. If your family wants you to be happy they will suck it up and if they don't then they aren't really concerned about your happiness. Atleast thats the way I try to look at it......
