| When I was about 1o years old we lived out pretty much in the middle of nowhere, well my bro had come over and we had to vacate the video game marathon due to mom's soaps.
We then went out to the barn to see if there was anything we could find to keep from becomming bored to death. After about 15 min bordom started to set in and then I spotted my baseball bat and grabbed it. I looked over at my bro and said (wasnt serious was just joking when I said it)" hey theres a huge yellow jacket nest that has taken over and old mole hole in the field, wanna go beat on it with these bats". To my suprise he said sure, I was like thinking in my head no way...but hell.. why not? So the next thing you know I'm taking the first smack down on the nest with him following right behind me running in about a 15' diameter circle. I run over it a 2nd and a 3rd time laying some good hits down on the hole, my bro not so lucky. On his third hit it was followed by AHHHH!!!! I then spun around to see him close to breaking the land speed record with this huge dark cloud following right on his butt. I dont even know how I was able to catch up to him so quick but did and yelled to him roll. Thank god he did, because when he rolled it reminded me of going to home depot and pulling carpet off one of those big rolls. Basically they came off him in a sheet killing 90% of them. After ripping the meager ammount left off with his bear hands we proceeded back to the house, he looked a bit lumpy. We get back to the house and I tell mom what happened and she stands there speachless look for a sec before seeing my bro. "OMG!!! you kids, you kids I I cant believe you did that". We ended up pulling out 86 stingers, yellow jackets dont normaly leave there stingers so who knows how many times he was actualy stung. I was worried my brain fart of an idea may have just killed my best friend. Thank god he came through it all right. But we still relive that moment every so often....lol Thing is I didnt get stung
