| You can't but help thinking that this chick hasn't min/maxed her current options. The odds are probably looking good for her that there could be a big payoff within 1-5 years. The only way to tell for sure is examine the attorney activity, will changes, life insurance policies, powers of attorney, etc..

| :::scratches head in disbelief:::: Let me see, a girl hardly out of the womb dating a man on the way to his tomb????? There are hidden agendas on both of their parts, I fear. For her, it's the security and money, for him, a nursemaid.
I cannot believe the men on this site who have sent me a wink..all in their 70's looking for a much younger woman....I am 60, but a YOUNG 60, so if you are an old fart, leave me the hell alone, ok?

| She's on her way (intellectually, emotionally) to her peak, he's on his way back to diapers . . . maybe they just find themselves at the same level for a moment, but not forever
I guess it depends, plus I want a glimmer of hope for when I'm 72.

| Love is where you find it... Does it really matter what their age difference?
I was talking to a friend at work yesterday. We were talking about a similar subject. He said that the woman who was young stated she'd rather be an old man's love than a young man's slave. He was 72, she was 30 and that he completely adored her. It had nothing to do with wealth, it was love & the way he treated her. She loved him deeply too. They were the epitome of true happiness.
I met a couple about 8 years ago, he was 59 & a heavy smoker, she was 32. She had one daughter before they'd met and had another 2 girls with him after that. Then he was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer & lived 4 months after he found out. It devastated the whole family. In his final moments, his adopted daughter stayed by his side for 3 days until he died, she would not leave him. She put her head on his chest listening intently to his heart & she took it the hardest. I believe she was 9 or 10 years old. She truly loved her dad. He was a very hard worker, a loving father & a wonderful husband. He made sure his family had want for nothing, and after he was gone, his widow went back to school, got a relatively decent job and moved on. My heart went out to all of them. He was Caucasian, she was a Native American Indian. Both of them were so bubbly & happy together. Whenever I saw them, I called them the "Honeymooners" because they acted like they were always on a honeymoon.
I'm 55 & if someone in their 30's fell in love with me & I with her, I'd certainly treat her as well too. A perfect mate comes in all sizes @ any age, & it isn't that he or she is perfect; it's just that they have to be perfect for you. When your relationship has ended, all you can do is love the person, learn from the experiences, deal with any negative or loose baggage & continue your journey on finding that perfect mate... Be mindful of not repeating the same old destructive patterns & make sure you end on friendly terms. They say that good endings make good beginnings.
