| I'm new here and I really like the site alot, .. I've messaged the customer service people but still no fix.. I can't read my new emails... then I email customer servie and as soon as I emai them, it pops up my messages.. then the next time I get a message it does the same thing again.. It also won't let me change my search criteria.. every time I push search it brings up my first search adn won't let me change it or advanced nor not even username .. what is wrong with the site? I like it alot, but having so many problems.. please help and it wont let me post anything anywhere else and I've been a member for more than twenty four hours..

| Are you sure there is nothing wrong with your computer? Goodle CCleaner, it's free. Install it and clean out the system, then try logging DH again. I would make sure the problem isn't on your end, or your settings, before getting DH support involved.

| I had problems with chat, a nice guy on here helped me figure it out, there is a post for help that was useful too, I am having trouble figuring out forums, I try to join then seven or so people post befor I get my computer to show it, so my message is lost it's meaning and my humor goes to the way side, ???? good luck, check the help posts...

| YES I figured it out.. kinda little pain in the butt.. but if you push refresh it will bring up the page.. so I click on my inbox.. shows nothing.. click refresh .. shows everything.. It's great.. weird..but it works.. lol..
