| Why is it that we have no problem singling out the married men on this site, even when they are honest in their profiles. But yet, we all keep quiet when it's obvious that there are men masquerading as women right under our noses, and lying about it. Any thoughts...

| Guess I don't see the point of it CinCin.
I used to "masquerade" as a woman when I was a channel manager on IRC to catch the HNGs who pestered the women.
Men are such pigs. Good thing I'm a centaur

| I never even thought about this but years ago I knew a guy who told me he had 3 profiles of him as a woman. I asked why and he said he just liked having fun messing with the guys in a basically mean way. He said they were his competition and he was trying to get hem to quit! I thought that was really terrible! I also thought, No wonder so many guys are pissed at women on the dating sites! What a horrible thing to do! I wonder if any females pretend to be guys and do that? Sheesh! Bad stuff

IRC= Internet Relay Chat. The first widely used chat protocol, it's origins actually predate the internet. You can get more info about it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Relay_Chat
HNG= Horny Net Geek. Generally men but sometimes women who are looking for cheap thrills on IRC or other chat forums.

| I have belonged to several singles sites....some of which cost money to belong. On those they have a rule....women can join for free. Many guys pose as women so they can get on the site for free. Usually these guys are real dorks and they are there, posing as women, just to hassle guys and everyone else in general. I've seen this on several singles sites.
It's real easy to get pictures off the net and these guys will hijack a picture from a site, use that as their posted picture on a singles site.
