Why is it, no matter how long you are over with someone, and you are so very glad you are, you have no desire to ever have them back in your life...
you still wonder about the people they start a relationship with?

Not so much. We sometimes wonder. Maybe not as ofter and the longer ago it was, the less we really care but, still...

I've always been more concerned with what I have than what I had though.

what's wrong with feeling that way? i know, for myself, most of my x g/f's, i wish them no ill will. i hope they live happy lives. but i can't worry about them after the relationship is over. i need to focus on my life, and my happiness. is that so bad?

Nothing wrong with feeling that way, drumrman. That is just the difference between men and women. One is not right or wrong...I think men are smarter and are luckier, you can detach more easily, and move forward. I wish I found it easier, honestly.
THANKS for all of your thoughts and opinions!!!

I have never wondered about whom they were with, i've thought about them, hopeing they are doing well, are you sure you are over him? I've also been in somewhat of a situation where, i don't want him, but i don't want anyone else to have him, lol..maybe that's it?

Hey curious70000, I am definitely over him/them...but always was curious who they found that could have been better than me, or made them happier...crazy things like that...after you give 1000%, why it seems men move on so much easier....and not curious about our lives, but we always seem curious about theirs...
A rhetorical question, maybe...

I'v been there, done it, got the Tee shirt, lost it, found it, wore it again, and finally pheew burned the sucker (the shirt). Until I realized that I CAN be enough not to compare <---- Battle Damage from them or to myself. And stop asking WHY <------ Loss. I was stuck on stuck until I let go. Someone told me while they were laughing at me I'v been there, done it... "It's hard to let go when your hanging on. POOF the Pearl of Wisdom "I" needed.
