Hello ladies I would love to know what women really want in a man. I am an old fashioned guy and believe in romance. I have not met to many ladies who want that so I would love to hear from you. I know there are many out spoken women here and I enjoy your comments they seem to be honest. So lets hear what you have to say and maybe we can stop guessing and get it right thanks.

I want the sense of humor, the mischevious glint in the eyes, one who can laugh at himself and at me, one who is honest and has morals, is responsible, one who can put up with animals and teenagers.........wow.....I'm on mission impossible

Everyone wants a nice house and car correct????

But can everyone qualify for a nice house and car??? NOOOO People must have enough income, good credit, job stability, and or compensating factors to make up for an area they lack in to obtain a great looking house and car.

Point being, I would say most women want a good man with all the nice qualities you see on their profiles, however, not every woman is qualified to be with a great man to answer your question about "What do women want in a man..."

Not looking for a man, I am looking for my equal. I wish for happiness, love, caring and most of all friendship. All these things anyone can have, but as I read I see there are many here that would like to have this. And to me the word WANT, well its to much to ask for.

I feel if we just say well I would like to have , it doesn't seem to pushy.

Like going to a store and seeing all those things, they all look great, and the first thing we say is I WANT, not need, well I need , romance, I love to have a great friend , to talk to , to hold when he is upset, and needs my shoulder, needs me, and I him.

Can be there to help each other through many hard , and good times, tell death us do part.

Because even with the bad , comes many good things, LMT4

Today most people that are in a relationship have to have to jobs. If your already wealthy you probably have a woman. Ok before I get bashed Im just kidding. Seriously, they want what everyone else wants to be happy. Thats hard to do in this day and time. To many variables as compared to 30 years ago JMO

I want a man who can BE a man in the old fashioned sense of the word. Not childish, sulky, self-righteous or whinging but someone who knows how to be a MAN.

Bry: I loved Curly!

Thebestman: that is part of reality that we don't like to mention or talk about and even pretend like it doesn't
matter - but many people do have a 'financial range' of qualifications. Necessity.

I want what I have always wanted, it hasn't changed, and I have had some wonderful men in my life, as friends, lovers, or husband/relationship. Sense of humor, good heart, easy to get along with, conversational, intelligent enough to BE conversational, Compatible to me in social needs, family time, activity level (I'm not very), interest in the natural world, and in contrast to me in some ways such as cooking - I hate it and don't do it well, so a cook would be great!
