| I believe. I was an avid Ghost Hunter for several years. Having experienced several huntings over a 25 year span. I have seen full and partial bodied apparitions, I have had Spirits talk to me, I have seen in-animate objects fly of the wall, had coins thrown at me out of thin air, actually seen 2 orbs with my own eyes, taken Ghost photos, conducted "Table Tipping Seances", I have even written several "True Life Ghost Stories" in DH's Writers' Forum.

| A coworker told me a story once, about her sister having burned a Ouija Board to destroy it. And when it was burnt loud screams could be heard coming from it. Which supposedly was proof that the Ouija Board was an authentic board.
I have always wanted to test this theory, and with the generousity of my coworker Dave, S. I was able to accomplish this task last night. Dave gave me an old Ouija Board he had since the 70’s. I took it to some friends home and encouraged them to assist me in burning it, since they had a fire pit in their backyard.
But before we burnt it, some of those in attendance wanted to see if the Ouija Board actually worked or not. As they had not used a Ouija Board before. A couple of females became upset during it’s use, one left the house in disgust. The other a teenage female began to cry, because the answers were true that the board gave us.
The board was doused with gas and set a fire.
No screams were ever heard coming from the board.
My theory is that a newly constructed/bought board might have undried glues, paints, or even some water vapor cought inside the board, that then may turn to steam during the burning process. These vapors then sizzle and squeal as they escape from the burning board. Thus making sounds that are mistaken as screams, by people who are already in an excited state of mind. Due to their urgent need to destroy the board.
Just as happens when people claim that Lobsters scream when they are being cooked. Lobsters do not scream, it's merely the juices in the form of steam escaping from their bodies, while they are being cooked.
Since this board was over 20 yrs old, all the glues, paints, and vapors had long since dried up, and no longer were able to produce and noise.
Just thought I’d share what went on last night.

| Sorry guy's and gal's. I plumb forgot about this thread and just noticed I havn't kept up with it. Shame on me. I'd love it if a few of you people on here were to get together with me and go on some of the up-coming investigations we're having. Alot of history and activity to check out. I heard that it's a nightly occurence and has been for the past 51 yrs. I'll be posting some pics on here soon, check them out and see what you think.

| i've had some real weird things happen and some scary things too....i wish i knew what it was because i don't know if it was a ghost or aliens!!!!!! weird ass things i'm tellin you!!!
