I was talking to a Catholic priest
the one day and he responded
"We're not running a Dating Service here"
I should have said to him
"You should be because with extra people coming in
you'll get extra money in the donations".
Divorce is running at a 50% FAILURE rate
because we can Find a Job
but Finding a Mate Sucks at best.

And what happens to love when you believe you may have found it
only to let it slip away. There are many types of love. But the
deepest of loves has to start the the smallest of loves. Love is
to be nurtured and brought into fruition. But if not nurtured
it will wither away.You said it best when the curtains are closed
no love light can shine through. Some seek and they shall find
what others have already left behind. As for me, I seek not love,
but the comfort of knowing that I have tried. And as for all who seek
this elusive emotion, some day we shall find it once again. And if
not, at the very least, we tried!
Why the hell do I stay up this late? I always get delirious........

| Honestly, dating sites have about as good of odds as bars and clubs do. But if you just enjoy the chat rooms, and have fun while online, you can probably meet some good people in time. Volunteer work is also a good pickup joint.

Here's how i think it happens. You surround yourself with friends. You learn to love life and yourself, you have fun and share smiles with your friends.
then someday in time.. maybe you'll realize one of these friends is something more.
I think this happens when you least expect it.. it just occurs to you.
so.. all i can tell you.. is if you leave your friends you have met here behind.. you wont find love here. I think if your looking for love, and not friends, your looking for the wrong thing. I doubt you will ever find it.
I think this is true here online as well as in other places in your life. If your rushing around everywhere looking for love you cant find it. You have to find some friends and stick around long enough for something more to happen. I think the key is friendship. That takes time and other things that make some stranger a friend.
